Virtusa Test Pattern

2005

The Virtusa test takes the following pattern in 2005.

 

The written round consists of three sections. Section I consists of 20 questions to be solved in 20 minutes. This section concentrates on general aptitude questions like those on mixtures, series, work-time, alphanumeric and some Venn diagram stuff.

Section II consists of 8 questions to be solved in 20 minutes. This section concentrated on C language. We were asked to write C programs for solving various problems. Some code segments were given and the out put had to be written.

Section III was mainly an English section. This part had 12 questions to be solved in 20 minutes. There were some reasoning questions, some synonyms, some sentence correction questions and 2 essay writing questions.

The interview was a technical one mainly plus some HR questions too. C was the main subject in the interview. He made me write some C programs, some outputs and all. He was also interested in TSP problem and Compiler Construction.
